4 Simple Steps to a More Loving Attitude

Attitude isn’t everything . . . But pretty darn close!

Think about it.

Your attitude, or your state of mind, affects how you think, feel and behave. The same situation that would cause major upset with one attitude takes on a whole different meaning when you process it with a new attitude.

Improve your attitude, improve your life. Get in a Loving state of mind and feel yourself elevate to a higher level of being.

Here are 4 simple steps to a more Loving attitude.

♥ Start With Gratitude

Focus on what you already have to be thankful for. This immediately improves your mood and your perspective. Attitude has a lot to do with how you look at things.

Even if things are pretty tough, chances are you’ve got plenty to be glad about. Air, water, food, shelter, Love of friends and family, your ability to problem solve. This is really all you need.

From here, you can be anyone, do anything, and have everything you truly desire.

♥ Stay Positive

Obviously your outlook points you in a certain direction. Are you looking for the good in every experience?

As always, work to become aware of your inner monologue. Check your thoughts and only proceed with those that serve you in feeling more Love, hope and joy.

In her book, What If It All Goes Right?, Mendhi Audlin asks us to think about the possibilities of positivity. If we stay focused on what we want and have faith that the Universe is conspiring in our favor, we are able to consciously create a life we Love.

One important part of staying positive is staying focused on what you can control. Remember that you can change your life because you can change your thoughts.

No one else is responsible for your happiness or success. It’s up to you to decide what you want and do what needs to be done in order to get it.

As soon as you start blaming others for your troubles, you lose the power you have to re-design your circumstances and improve your quality of life.

♥ Take Action

Once you know which direction you want to head, take steps towards it every single day. Nothing feels as good as doing something that keeps you progressing towards your goals.

Thinking is crucial, but action is where the thinking pays off. Do more than just imagine. Create.

Even the biggest projects can be broken down into manageable steps. Figure out what you need to learn and learn it. Then apply what you’ve learned. When appropriate, teach others about it too!
