A 4 Step Intro to the Science of Love

Love is our most powerful resource. It’s the boundless energy that connects all matter and draws like to like.

We are living at the exciting time when quantum physics is aligning with spiritual teachings. We are witnessing the enlightenment of minds around the globe.

Synthesizing modern knowledge and ancient wisdom, we’re rapidly experiencing a leap towards full potential living.

Harnessing the power of both our divinely intelligent nature and our intuitive animal instincts, we can evolve to a whole new level of existence.

Using the Science of Love

Designing our lives is a grand adventure! It takes commitment and discipline to master our minds and create what we want in the world around us.

And it’s worth it!

When we decide to take control of our thoughts and feelings, we become the masters of our destinies.

Instead of thinking of Love as some vague, undefinable, and therefore impractical idea, we can learn the process of applying Love to improve our lives.

There is a systematic method to Loving ourselves and those around us on a daily basis.

Because Love is both deep and expansive, there are many steps we can take to make use of this incredible asset.

Let’s make it as simple as possible in this 4 step intro to the science of Love.

1. Begin with awareness by focusing on your breathing. This foundational practice puts you miles ahead of those who distract themselves from connecting to the Source: Love.

Observe your thoughts and feelings without judgment. You are a Love scientist, collecting data objectively.

2. Presence is a continued awareness and attention to this moment that you are living now. Stay centered in Love as often as possible. This is where your power to create is accessible.

3. Alignment. We want to think, feel and move from a position of Love. Adopt your best posture. Physically, hold yourself with head up, shoulders back. Mentally, choose to stay positive.

Using your awareness, become conscious of the words you use in your head (and aloud). We get what we say, so we must say what we want in order to get it.

This is where we can feel empowered to stick with the process. Even though we may not be able to change all of our limiting beliefs all at once, we can keep on reminding ourselves to speak with kindness and encouragement.

If we believe that Love is unlimited, and we are Love embodied, we can move confidently in the direction of our dreams. Faith comes from knowing that the only way to fail is to give up.

Even then, Love still embraces us. We can always begin again in this moment now.

4. Habit is staying in alignment with Love on a regular basis. Each Loving habit we form brings us closer to realizing our optimal state of being.

Self-care is vitally important to taking advantage of Love. Treat yourself as the Sacred being you are with proper nutrition and exercise, grooming and pleasure. Pay attention to what makes you feel best and incorporate that into your schedule.

Acting responsibly and generously builds your Love muscles and expands your capacity for achievement and bliss.

Identify and describe the habits you wish to possess. Experiment with different ways of being and doing to find what works best for your lifestyle of Love.
