Love and Mindfulness. One and the Same?

Are you here in this moment completely?

Or are you distracted with thoughts of the past . . . the future . . . ?

If any part of you is anywhere but here, now, you’re diminishing your true power.

You are only able to fully focus and expand your Love energy when you are totally present at the singular location of space and time that you currently occupy.

Be Mindful, Be Loving

I’m excited to share the amazing results I’ve been experiencing recently with mindfulness as my top priority. It’s been my most effective method so far for instantly increasing my patience and Loving kindness.

Simply placing the greatest emphasis on the present ~ and nothing else at all ~ allows us to slow down our usual response to stimuli.

Personally, I’m doing my best to be more Loving to my children. They are at ages where it’s quite easy to slip into a pattern of over-reaction  and reprimand instead of Lovingly communicating an alternative behavior.

I’ve known about mindfulness for a long time, as I’m sure you have too. But just like any lesson, we don’t really learn it until we’re able to make it a part of who we are.

Identifying myself as a mindful, Loving person, I’ve become more aware of the energy that I am exuding at each moment. A day becomes a collection of all these beautiful opportunities to enjoy and appreciate one another.

Being happy is the best. Why would we choose to be anything but blissful?

Yes, there are challenges to face. But in this moment, isn’t there some reason to feel fantastic?

The deeper I go into mindfulness, the more I feel that I’m embodying Love in its most glorious nature.

Mindfulness brings us to the vast emptiness of life, free of preconceived notions. The completely blank canvas that invites the artist to create.

Love and Mindfulness help us make decisions as our highest selves. If we can relax and breathe, all day every day, we can actually enhance the quality of our time. We can extend our lives by fully experiencing every magnificent moment of existence.

Simply existing is fairly astounding, don’t you think?

When we are mindful, we are calm, centered and aware. We are peaceful, we are kind, we are Loving.

Today, make mindfulness your #1 priority. Feel Love fill you up and blossom from within.
