Love says, “Trust Yourself”

We make hundreds if not thousands of decisions each day. And we all do the best we can.

We make our decisions by going through a thought process that has largely become habit.

If we do not consciously make the effort to change the way we think, we will continue to do the same things we have done before. Because of this, we will keep getting similar results.

If you aren’t happy with the results you are getting, start by changing their cause: your thought process.

Moving forward in our lives means making new, and sometimes, big decisions. These are the times when Love is a wonderful consultant.

Love will help you consider all the possibilities. It will also encourage you to make a decision based on what is best for all involved.

Love says, “Trust Yourself”

Instead of getting too concerned about what others will think of your decisions, look within to find your own way.

Seek the best option to bring more Love into your life and to treat those around you with Love also.

Being true to yourself is the best way to do this. Be honest. Your gut knows a lot.

Yes, it makes sense to think about things from an intellectual perspective. Writing a pros and cons list is a wonderful way to make the decision process more concrete.

But still, sometimes there’s just something inside you that tells you, “It just doesn’t feel right.” Listen to that voice.

Chances are, it’s your inner Love talking to you. Go with your gut.

Trust Yourself, Trust Each Other

Trust is absolutely essential to healthy relationships. If you trust yourself, you can more easily build trust in those around you.

With trust, you can know what to expect. This lets you relax and rely on someone that you’re going to share your life with.

It also gives you the foundation to deal with anything unexpected that may happen. Even if your partner surprises you with a decision or behavior, you’ll trust that there is a reasonable explanation.

You’ll build more and more trust in each other by communicating about your thought processes and letting each other know why you make the decisions you make.

Trust in Love

To keep making better decisions, pay attention to how and why you are deciding as you do.  Write down as much as possible to learn more about yourself and your thought process.

Trust that you are doing the best you can, but be open to the idea that you can do even better.

If you knew that someone else were thinking as you are, would you have any feedback to offer? Give yourself a kind and honest review.

Ask Love to guide you with clarity and compassion.

Trust in Love, trust yourself. Love is in you.
