The Love Diet

Isn’t it amazing the incredible lift in spirit you feel because of the nicer weather?

For me, it’s like the winter was dragging me down more than I knew. And spring is arriving like just the breath of fresh air I needed. Literally and figuratively.

It’s a time of expansion and growth. We all start getting excited to be “ready” for the glory of summer days. It’s sort of like a second New Year’s . . .

I noticed that the parking lot of the local gym was packed today, so I thought it was a good time to share this Post.

What Really Matters

We can quickly go from enjoying the euphoria of spring to stressing ourselves out about all the expectations we have for ourselves in the coming days, weeks and months.

The media will be plastering skinny, tanned and oiled bodies all over the place to give us the impression that we are supposed to look that way ~ and soon!

But what will really help you enjoy these magnificent seasons of warmth and more outdoor fun?

Being happy and Loving yourself and those around you.

Seizing every opportunity to embrace life fully.

Being present in each moment and mindfully aware of the beautiful unfolding of the mysterious Universe.

So how do you do that?

You get on . . .

The Love Diet

The Love Diet is not just about what you eat. It’s about everything you consume or allow into your being. And, above all, it’s about Loving everything!

Since thought is the cause of all the effects we get, the most important shift we can make is improving our thinking.

As you go through the day, use Loving internal communication to encourage yourself and make the best decision for your health and happiness.

Commit to doing what you know is right and do your best. And if you truly want to consume something (even if it’s not on the ideal list of items to ingest), support yourself in the decision.

Do what you do with gratitude and joy. Love yourself enough to believe that you are perfect just the way you are. Because you are.

The Love DietFollow these simple principles of the Love Diet to be your best self this season:

Choose to consume foods and information (media, entertainment, etc.) that nurture and nourish you. Focus on what makes you feel good.

Pay close attention to what you watch and read and the people you spend time with.
Ask yourself, “Does it make me feel more Love?” Go for “Yes!”

Workout at the Love gym as often as possible!

Have fun in the Sun and spread the word about the best diet around ~ the Love Diet!
