Feel More Love in One Minute or Less

These simple instructions will help you feel more Love in your life ~ instantly!

First, as you read this, sit up straight and tall. Put your shoulders back. Pretend there is a string pulling up on you from the very top of your head.

Next, take three deep breaths. Just relax as you focus on each inhale and exhale. Fill up your lungs and your belly with air and then let it all out again.

Keep breathing comfortably and say, “I love you.” You can say this silently or aloud. Just keep saying, “I love you” over and over as you sit here for a minute.

If it feels good, close your eyes as you repeat the powerful phrase. “I love you.”

Smile.

This exercise can be done as often as you like throughout the day. You can use it to help you fall asleep. You can share it with your friends who need a boost.

That’s it! Feel the Love.

The truth is, we are all Loved. This easy-to-use technique allows you to connect with the Universal force that created us and keeps us alive. This Love lets us continue to grow and provides us the opportunity to thrive.
