Love is Simple.

As I work to simplify my life, it sometimes seems pretty complicated! I find myself getting restless and cranky because the house is out of order. The “To Do” list can be down right overwhelming ~ especially if I put everything I want to do on it! If you’re anything like me, just wardrobe decisions alone can take more precious time and energy than you’d like to admit.

Still, as I focus on what I really want, all these details become much less important. It is this moment that matters. Am I loving it? Am I Love in it?

If love is what you want, than tuning into that frequency becomes your full time job.

What does this work entail? Learning how to be Love in the world is a matter of aligning your energy (or vibration) with that of Love from the Source. It’s what I used to call God. Now I tend to think of it as the Cosmos or the Universe. Whatever you call it, I believe it is where we all came from and where we will all return when we leave the physical realm.

Once you find the frequency, you know it because it feels so good. All we have to do is remember that feeling. When we find ourselves off balance or out of alignment, we need to remind ourselves that our truest selves are pure Love.

Love Vibration

Since there are all sorts of energy waves flying about through time and space, it’s understandable that we might find ourselves tuned in to a non-Love station, so to speak. This is when we need to remember our most powerful tool for creating the life we desire. Love. Change the channel back to 100% Love.

It’s that simple.

If it’s complicated, it isn’t Love. In fact, it’s when we’re misaligned with Love that complications arise fast and furiously. So if you find yourself in that place, make the effort to re-focus on how it feels to be Loved. Because you are always Loved. And then the complications will be much easier to get resolved.

Here are a few images of Love to help you get back to that good feeling quick.

If Love were a house, it would be neat and clean and beautiful.

If Love were a person, that person would have bright eyes and a big smile. They’d be nice and relaxed, shoulders back, breathing deeply and exuding joy, peace and confidence. They’d be kind and generous and patient. They’d laugh a lot. If you needed it, they’d be giving you a hug right now.

If Love were a cat, she’d be purring.

Love is simple. When life gets complicated, return to Love.

It’s simple, share it!
