Happy Earth Day from The Love Post!

Just like Valentine’s Day is a special occasion that (hopefully) reminds us of the importance of Love all year, Earth Day is another great reminder holiday.

It draws attention to the amazing role our planet plays in supporting not only life, but our luxurious modern lifestyle!

Really, we would do well to adopt a practice of daily gratitude for all that the Earth provides. And we must continue to make decisions with a conscious awareness of the consequences of our actions.

Creating a more Loving world requires us to find a way to live in harmony with the planet that sustains us.

Make Every Day Earth Day

Let this Earth Day enhance our commitment to Love our planetary home, our primary provider of resources, beauty and delight!

Let’s consistently take steps to live more sustainably. Here are just a few ideas to get you going ~

♥ Use tote bags. (For a super cool way to carry them, get yourself a Tote Buddy, invented by my cousin, Julie Zizka! Thanks, Julie!)

♥ Buy responsibly. Vote with your dollar. Whenever possible, get the recycled option, the organic or local choice. Read the ingredients. Support a market that sells wholesome, natural products that are better for both you and the Earth.

♥ Run your own clean up. Got a favorite outdoor space? Get some gloves and a trash bag and go pick up as much litter as you can. Every little bit helps . . . And you’ll probably inspire whoever sees you doing it!

Design a Happy Earth Lifestyle

Simplify and enjoy the wonders of Nature. Find peace and balance by choosing to spend time soaking in the tremendous vastness and tranquility of land, sea and sky.

Learn about how you can leave a smaller carbon footprint and plan to move towards this lighter way of living.

We all know the 3 R’s of Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. I’ve come up with 3 of my own!

Remove unnecessary items from your home and work space.
Refrain from acquiring anything new that you don’t really want or need.
Replace less sustainable options with more Earth-friendly choices when making a switch.

Make it a priority to increase the Love in your life by living each day with the Earth in mind.
