The Can Do List


             We've all made to do lists. Sometimes everything on them gets done...  and most other times, not so much. Which, of course, doesn't leave us feeling great. So we're going to switch it up a little...  

             Instead of making that endless list of all the things TO do, today, I want you to write a list of all the things you CAN do. Because when you put down on paper (or even screen) all* that you can do, you just might feel better about tackling that to do list!

The Can Do List

               And you’ll probably be absolutely amazed if you really stick with it. There is so much that you can do! Just for starters, if you’re reading this, you can READ! And that is a miracle in and of itself!

               Because, if you can read, you can learn just about anything!!! Pretty helpful!

               Another something you can do that may be worth paying more attention to is… wait for it…

BREATHE! If you’ll recognize the astounding power of mindful breathing, you may in fact, find yourself to be truly unstoppable!

Simple as it sounds, taking deep breaths… in, hold, release… plays a huge role in health and wellness. It is a fundamental practice that allows you to connect to Source and tap into your Higher Consciousness. Breathing is key to self-control. And self-control is key to everything else!

Another shared item on the “Can Do” list that I’d like to mention is THINK. And did you know that thoughts become things? It’s True!

And this means that you can choose to think about what you want to bring into reality. By doing this, you are performing a “first creation”. Once something exists in thought form, you have created it. It is then a matter of aligning your energy with the physical reality of this thought form in order to bring it into being in the world.

If you can WRITE, you can take the next important step in bringing an idea to life. Put it on paper and it has now entered the physical realm.

And are you able to SPEAK and MOVE?

What about Choose, Decide, and Commit?

These are the ingredients of success my friend. And they are all yours for the using!

So I truly encourage you to take a few minutes today and write your “Can Do” list. It will empower you to focus on what is possible and take it one step at a time to accomplishing even your grandest goals!

*I would argue that it would take a long time and be quite difficult to write down ALL the things that you can do. The list is quite extensive when we really dig into the inventory of skills and abilities that we each have.
