Vote for Love Today

I hope you were able to go cast your vote yesterday.

If you Love your freedom and your rights, it’s best not to take our political system for granted.  It’s a wonderful gift to have our personal choice count when collective decisions are being made.

I must admit that the I’m not inclined to follow politics.
Before the next election, I will take more time to research the candidates in detail.
An informed vote is the most valuable vote.

Your Vote Counts

When the ballots are tallied, your vote counts. Your voice makes a difference.

And there are others ways that you get to vote too.

You can vote every day with your thoughts, your words and your actions. You vote by deciding how you spend your time. You vote with every dollar your spend.

Today’s edition of The Love Post is to encourage you to become aware of how you vote on a daily basis. Commit to making educated decisions so that you are supporting your own efforts to create the life of your dreams.

How do You Vote for Love?

Every time you choose a Loving thought instead of making a judgment, you vote for Love.

Each Loving word you speak casts a vote for a more Loving world. If you want a fantastic resource for positive words, grab a copy of my new book, Love Vocabulary: The Personal Development Dictionary. Your kind review is most appreciated!

Love Vocabulary: The Personal Development Dictionary

Any act of kindness, affection or gratitude generates more energy for Love’s campaign to create a joyful and peaceful world.

Every moment you spend, present in the here and now, with Love in your heart, you cast your vote for bliss.

Choose to spend more time engaged in activities that nurture and nourish your body, mind and soul.

Make Choices that Vote for Love

To vote for Love, make conscientious decisions about how you spend your money.

When you go shopping for what you need or want, do your best to be an informed consumer.

Read the ingredients. If the list of ingredients is super long, you’re probably holding a highly processed food. See if you can find an option that has more whole food in it; your body likes simple goodness from the Earth.

It’s good to note that shopping in the outer aisles of most groceries stores is the best bet for fresh, whole foods.

Simplify whenever possible. We have so many things available to us that it’s easy to forget that we may not need much of what is for sale!

Remember to enjoy non-material fun every chance you get. Get outside. Have a good conversation.

Find creative ways to live, learn and Love. Check out some books and videos from your local library. Discover a new park to explore. Look up a new recipe to cook for dinner one night this week.

Vote for Love today and every day. It’s how together, one vote at a time, we will create a more Loving world.
