The Wisdom of Water

It flows. It goes. It does not resist.

It shows us movement, free and powerful.

It changes form, responding to conditions.
Solid, liquid or vapor, it provides sustenance in every state.

There is a gravity to it. It calls you to the source, the sea, from whence it came.

I remember as a girl arriving at Niagara Falls . . . I could hear it before I could see it.
It frightened me. It made me feel small.

Now, I appreciate the reminder of the grandness of which I am a part.

The water is within.

We are made of it.

It is vital for proper mental, physical and emotional function. And all of these are vehicles of our spirit in the physical world.

Without proper hydration, we are literally not ourselves!

The Water is Love

This amazing substance nourishes and heals. It can be therapeutic and even medicinal.

“You’re not sick; you’re thirsty. Don’t treat thirst with medication.”
                                                                                 Dr. F. Batmanghelidj

It’s of utmost importance that we care for this precious resource.

At this time, filtering your water at home and drinking from a reusable bottle is probably the most responsible choice available.

If we have pure, clean water to drink, let us give thanks many times a day for this incredible asset!

The abundant presence of water in and around us is a miraculous gift from the Universe. We must continue to increase our awareness of how this resource is best supported and distributed so that all living things are sustained by this vital element.

Water brings necessary energy to our bodies, minds and souls.

“If you are committed to a healthy lifestyle, make drinking enough natural water a habit in your life. It won’t take long for you to feel the benefit.”

Water unifies all of humanity.

We all need it. We all deserve it. We are all better off if we’ve got plenty of it.

Water doesn’t judge. It just Loves.

Just for today, let’s be like water.
