Connect to Heal: You Are Never Alone

Our troubles seem the heaviest when we feel alone.

But the truth is, we are never alone.

Connect to Heal: You Are Never AloneWe’re all part of the Oneness of Creation. And whatever human suffering we may be experiencing is something that others can relate to.

That’s why it’s vitally important that we seek the support of our fellow Creatures. A simple conversation can make you feel so much better.

Connect to Heal

Today’s technological conveniences allow us to connect with people from around the globe in record speed . . . And I’m all for it.

At the same time, I went to a play group with my daughters this morning and got to spend some time with some other moms. There’s really no comparison to connecting in person.

The energy that is able to flow from person to person while interacting is just magical . . .

It’s healing.

It allows us to connect organically and recognize that we’re together on this extraordinary journey of life.

We discussed the fact that we need to get outside and turn off our phones to really relax and unwind.

And this practice of “unplugging” allows us to be more present in the moment and appreciate the people we are spending time with.

Talking freely about what is going on in our lives lifted us all up . . . We shared openly.

And we supported one another by listening and offering encouragement.

Marriage and parenting are some of the most beautiful, worthwhile, and challenging endeavors of life.

Isolation can quickly slip into depression and desperation.

If you know that it’s been too long since your last heart-to-heart with someone outside your immediate family, please reach out immediately!

Even if it starts online and can only go as far as a phone conversation, connecting with a compassionate human being is absolutely vital.

You Are Never Alone

Love is always with you and in you. You can always ask Love for help.

Just know that Love often takes the human form. A smile, a hug, a comforting word . . . These are all Love embodied.

Our circumstances can feel so unique. It’s easy to forget that others are facing similar (If not the same exactly) situations. Yet, we’ll all be able to find solutions to our problems with greater ease when we get together and discuss the possibilities.

Please note, I recommend focusing on the positive. A big session of complaining isn’t really going to make you feel better, is it?

Tell it like it is . . . And then talk about how you want it to be . . . And then talk about how you can make it so!

We are on this ride together, my friend. Our personal worlds are sharing this space and time. We’re all woven into the miraculous and mysterious tapestry of Life.

Remember that you will truly stand in your authentic power when you admit your vulnerability and seek the help you need.

If you know someone that needs to hear this message, please share it with them now.

And if I’m the person you need to reach out to, please send me an email at [email protected] and we’ll connect!

Namaste.
