Sharing Jim Rohn’s Love

The late great Jim Rohn would have been 85 this week.

If you haven’t learned from Jim Rohn’s teachings, this edition of The Love Post will introduce
you to this magnificent teacher’s work.

And if you’re already a student of his simple and profound lessons, it will be a refreshing
reminder of Jim’s brilliant ideas.

Jim Rohn

Jim affected the world tremendously with his mentorship of some of the personal development
masters of our time. From Tony Robbins to Brian Tracy, Jim’s philosophy has impacted many of today’s
prominent teachers.

He offered his message to all of us, because he believes in the potential we all have to become
great. I share that belief.

I took notes on a Darren Hardy video that recaps some of the highlights of Jim’s lessons.
Here are four game-changing concepts for you to absorb and apply:

1. If You will change, everything will change for You.

It’s true. Everything starts with you. So when You upgrade the source of Your circumstances, Your circumstances will improve. Remember, Your outer world simply reflects Your inner world. Your thoughts and feelings are the cause, Your experiences are the effects.

I just recently heard that when You’ve suffered enough, You’ll change. Why not embrace a higher quality of life today. Right now. Be done with letting things happen to You. Make things happen the way You want them too!

2. If You want to have more, You have to Become more.

Similar to #1, this statement reminds You: You are in charge of Your life, because You decide who You are every moment of every day.

There’s no need to hold on to any part of Your identity that’s not serving You now.

If You want more health, live a healthier lifestyle. Become aware of Your body’s amazing ability to re-balance and renew itself with proper care (i.e. ~ sufficient rest, plenty of water and nourishing foods, and joyful physical activity!)

3. Don’t wish it were easier. Wish You were better.

The truth is, the better you get, the easier it is!

As you become a bigger person, problems that once seemed impossible to overcome become manageable challenges. You can handle tougher situations without getting so worked up about them.

It may not be what you want to hear, but it’s timeless wisdom that can give you a whole new perspective on life.

4. Do the easy things.

Jim taught that simple disciplines are what it takes to achieve success. Make decisions every day that move you towards your goals. Become the person you want to be.

He tells us not to neglect the easy things.

Because what’s easy to do is also easy not to do. And that’s why so many people fail to live to their full potential.

Commit to daily actions that makes you healthier, wealthier and happier. Positive habits will lead you to a lifestyle of freedom and success.

If you consistently do the easy things, you’ll be in the business of getting better!
