10 Ways to Love Your Day

Every day is full of possibility.

Here’s a quick list  to help you grab every opportunity to make it a day full of Love, Joy and Peace:

1. Breathe.
Take just a few minutes to connect to your breath. It’s like magic!

2. Get outside.
Fresh air does wonders for the body and the Soul.

Imagine. Here You Are in Heaven

3. Exercise.
It doesn’t have to be fancy. Skip. Do some jumping jacks. Run around like you’re a kid again. Getting your heart pumping gets your endorphins flowing and you feel better fast! (Please don’t over do it if you’re just getting started!)

4. Drink plenty of water.
Hydration is key to staying alert and performing your best.

5. Eat good food.
Nutritious and delicious, healthy snacks and meals make the day a pleasurable experience!

6. Read.
Stimulate your intellect with some positive words. You’ve made a great choice reading The Love Post!

7. Do something relaxing.
Take a bath. Watch a funny show. Listen to some of your favorite music. Pet your pet. Just a few ideas.

8. Laugh.
Get around some funnies and uplift your Spirit with laughter.

9. Express gratitude.
It feels great to be full of thanks. Write a thank you note to someone you appreciate.

10. Smile.
Be happy now. Even if you’ve got to fake it at first, if you smile, you can’t help but cheer yourself up!
